A Google profile is free. These are the steps every clinic should do. FormAlert gives you the booking link and the WhatsApp number for the last two.

Go to google.com/business and search your clinic name. If a profile exists, claim it. If not, make a new one. Google will send a postcard to verify your address.

Fill in the basics

Your clinic name, address, phone, hours, and category (doctor, dental clinic, physiotherapist). Add photos of the clinic. More info means more trust.

Add your booking link

Google gives every profile a slot for a booking link. Paste your FormAlert booking link there. Patients tap "Book" on your Google profile and go straight to booking.
