Connect your own WhatsApp Business number once, and the asking becomes two fields at the end of the day. Type the patient's name and number; the request goes out from your clinic, with your own Google review link inside it.
For clinics, dental practices, polyclinics and diagnostic labs in India — anywhere patients leave happy and the review count does not show it.
What it looks like
Forty seconds, no sound needed. The whole thing: the number being set up, the evening routine, what the patient sees, and what Meta charges for it.

Meta will not let an unverified business send templated messages, and in India that means a business document. Udyam registration is free and usually issued the same day at udyamregistration.gov.in from your Aadhaar and PAN. If you are GST-registered, use that instead.
One popup inside your FormAlert settings — Meta’s own signup, so your credentials never touch us. You either set up a new WhatsApp number or link the one already on the WhatsApp Business app, and the number ends up registered to your business, not to ours.
Every message a business sends is reviewed by Meta first. We submit them the moment your number connects — including the review request, written to stay in the utility class, which is what keeps the per-message price at the low end.
A name and a WhatsApp number each, then Send. No integration with your register, nothing to train anyone on, and nobody has to remember at the exact moment a patient is walking out of the door.
Your name at the top of the chat, your Google review link inside it. One tap opens the review box with the stars ready, so nobody has to find your listing first.
Already on the WhatsApp Business app? Keep it. Meta's Coexistence linking connects the number you already use — your staff carry on replying from the phone at the desk, the chats and contacts stay where they are, and the review requests go out from that same number.
Proof
Aries Obgyn Clinic in Guwahati sees somewhere between 100 and 150 patients a month. They turned on review requests, stopped asking anyone in person, and their listing went from 42 reviews to 87 — 45 of them from patients who were simply asked, on WhatsApp, after their visit. Their profile is public; go and look at it.
What it costs
On your own WhatsApp number, WhatsApp charges per message and bills your account directly. We do not mark it up and we do not resell it. What you pay per message depends on how Meta classifies the template being sent — which is the whole reason the wording of the template matters.
Written to read as a service message about a visit that already happened, which is what Meta classifies as utility. This is what almost every clinic sends, and it is submitted for approval the moment your number connects.
The templates are yours to edit in WhatsApp Manager. If your wording promotes rather than informs, Meta reclassifies it and the same message costs roughly eight times as much — worth knowing before you rewrite anything.
Per message, set by Meta and billed by Meta to your own account. Meta changes these prices from time to time, and when it does, the change reaches your account rather than our invoice.
| FormAlert | Price | What you get |
|---|---|---|
| Trial | Free, no card | 25 review requests a month, sent from FormAlert's shared number. Enough to see what a month of asking returns. |
| Starter | ₹999 / month | 500 messages a month from the shared number, plus booking confirmations and the appointment queue. |
| Business | ₹1,999 / month | Your own verified number, the Meta connection and template approvals, Coexistence, reminders, and booking inside WhatsApp. Messages billed by Meta at the prices above. |
Who this is for
This is not reputation management. Nobody writes reviews for you, nothing is filtered, and no review is bought. Your patients write what they think, on your listing — the only thing that changes is that they are asked.
Take it with you
Everything on this page, in a PDF you can forward or print: what it does, what your staff do each evening, Meta's per-message prices in full, and the questions we get asked. If you have already picked your clinic above, the cover is addressed to it.
Two pages. What it does, what your staff do each evening, and exactly what Meta charges per message. No email address needed.
Ask on WhatsApp, shortly after the visit, with a link that opens the review box directly. Those three things — the channel they already use, the timing while the visit is fresh, and no searching for your listing — are what separate a request that gets a review from one that gets ignored.
The tool at the top of this page does exactly that once, free: it finds your listing, takes one patient’s name and number, and sends them the request with your own review link inside it.
Two things, once. Get a Udyam registration if you are not GST-registered — it is free, takes a few minutes at udyamregistration.gov.in, and is usually issued the same day. Then open FormAlert’s WhatsApp settings and connect your Meta account through the popup there.
That popup is Meta’s own: you sign in to Meta, not to us, and you either register a new WhatsApp number or link the one your clinic already uses. Everything after that — the templates, the review request, the number being wired up to send — happens on our side. The number stays registered to your business, so it goes with you.
Yes. The templates live on your own WhatsApp account, so you can edit them in Meta’s WhatsApp Manager and word the request the way your clinic talks. Meta re-reviews an edit like any other template, which usually takes minutes.
The one rule is to keep the variables: the review request has three, in this order — the patient’s name, the doctor or clinic, and the Google review link. Reword everything around them as you like, but do not add, remove or reorder them, or the values land in the wrong places.
Worth knowing before you rewrite: the classification follows the wording. A request that reads as a service message about a visit that happened stays in the utility class at about ₹0.10. One that reads as promotion gets reclassified as marketing, at ₹0.78 for the same message.
Yes. Meta’s Coexistence linking connects the number you already use, so your staff carry on replying from the phone at the desk, chats and contacts stay where they are, and the review requests go out from that same number.
This is the objection we hear most, and the answer is genuinely "keep it" — not "export your chats and start again".
Yes, and the tool asks you to confirm it. WhatsApp is not a channel for messaging people who did not give you their number for that purpose — Meta enforces this, and a number that collects blocks stops delivering to everyone.
A patient who gave you their number when they booked, and whom you saw today, is exactly who this is for. Anyone else is not.
You choose who you send to, one patient at a time. What you cannot do is filter what they write, or catch a bad review before it reaches Google. Anything that does is against Google’s policy and gets listings penalised — and it is not what this is for.
The clinics this works best for are the ones already doing good work with a review count that does not show it.
The reviews are on your Google listing and stay there. The WhatsApp number is registered to your business, so it goes with you.
