Search your clinic, get your review link, and download a print-ready QR code in seconds. More reviews scanned in is one more way to rank higher when patients search Google.
A QR code at reception only reaches the patients who look at it. If you'd rather every patient got asked — automatically, over WhatsApp, after the visit — that's FormAlert.
The search tool above finds this for you automatically. If you'd rather grab the link yourself — from Google Business Profile — here's where it lives.
Go to business.google.com and sign in with the account that manages your listing.
On your profile's Home tab, look for the "Get more reviews" card, or the "Ask for reviews" button — it's usually front and center.
Click "Copy link." That URL is what your QR code should point to — paste it into the search tool above, or use it directly with any QR generator.
A QR code only works if someone sees it at the right moment — right after a good experience, when they're still in the room (or the chat).
The most common spot — visible while someone's waiting or paying.
Print it on the bottom of receipts so it's in hand right as the visit wraps up.
The last thing someone sees on the way out, while the experience is still fresh.
Share the flyer image directly in a WhatsApp chat or set it as your status.
A QR code works if the patient remembers to scan it after they leave — and remembers where they put the flyer, and feels like doing it later. A lot has to line up.
An automated WhatsApp review request reaches them right after the visit, while it's still fresh — no flyer to remember, no QR code to find. That's the gap a static QR code can't close on its own.

FormAlert is a clinic management system for doctors in independent private practice and small clinics in India. It runs the appointment side of a practice — online, QR code and WhatsApp booking, walk-ins and phone bookings in the same queue, automated WhatsApp reminders and Google review requests — so that a practice can fill its book and build its local presence without anyone typing a message. Patients book from a web page, by scanning a QR code at the clinic, or by messaging the clinic on WhatsApp. The clinic confirms the appointment and marks the visit complete; FormAlert sends the confirmation, reminds the patient before the visit, and asks for a Google review afterwards. Starter is ₹999/month, carries one doctor and one login, and sends every message from FormAlert's shared WhatsApp number, at ₹1 a message against an included ₹500 monthly wallet. Business is ₹1,999/month and adds 24-hour and 2-hour reminders, more than one doctor with a login each for them and the front desk, and the clinic's own WhatsApp Business API number and templates, which FormAlert sets up with the clinic. Starter has a 14-day free trial with no card; Business is set up with the clinic on a demo call.
