Phase 07 · WhatsApp Conversations
The WhatsApp page lets you read and reply to any patient directly from FormAlert. It shows the live 24-hour free window status for each conversation.

Read & reply. Full two-way chat with any patient. Messages go to their WhatsApp.
Send templates. Tap Actions to send confirmation, reminder, or follow-up templates manually.
Follow-up & reschedule. The follow-up template asks the patient to book a follow-up, reschedule, or skip — all from within WhatsApp.
24 hr window status. Each thread shows whether the free window is open. Outside the window, only templates can be sent (wallet deducted).
When a patient messages your clinic WhatsApp first, all replies in that thread are free for 24 hours. Template charges only apply to messages you initiate outside that window.
