Before You Start
Keep these things ready to make setup faster
Business Name
Your business name (example: 'Dr. Sharma Clinic' or 'Beauty Salon Mumbai')
Phone Number
Your WhatsApp number to get booking alerts
Business Logo
Your logo image file (JPG or PNG) - Optional
Service List
List of services you offer (example: 'Haircut', 'Consultation', 'Yoga Class')
Working Hours
What days and times are you open? (example: Monday-Saturday, 10 AM - 6 PM)
Appointment Length
How long is each appointment? (example: 30 minutes, 1 hour)

Sign Up for FormAlert

Create Razorpay Account
Go to razorpay.com and click 'Sign Up'
Complete the onboarding (provide business PAN, bank account details)
Get approved (usually takes 1-2 business days)
Connect Razorpay to FormAlert
In Razorpay dashboard, go to Settings → API Keys
Copy your Key ID and Key Secret
In FormAlert, go to Settings → Payments
Paste your Razorpay Key ID and Key Secret
Click 'Save' - You're done!
Fees: Razorpay charges 2% per transaction. FormAlert takes 0% commission. All money goes to your bank account.

Open your booking link and book an appointment as if you're a client. See exactly what they see!
Go to DashboardAdd Walk-In Appointments
Go to Appointments → New. Add completed appointments and send review requests. Or add upcoming appointments.
