My patients are older — will they manage WhatsApp booking?
The booking link is optional. You can still add every appointment manually if your patients prefer to call. WhatsApp confirmations and review requests work on any phone that has WhatsApp, which is nearly everyone in India regardless of age.
Do my patients need to download an app?
No. Booking is a link that opens in a browser. Confirmations, reminders, and review requests are WhatsApp messages. Nothing for your patients to install.
