Common questions
How do patients book an appointment online?
They open your link or scan your QR code. They see the slots you have free. They pick one and type their name and number. No app to download. No account to make. It opens in any browser.
Where do I put my booking link?
Your Google page first. That is where most patients look for a doctor. Then your Instagram, your website, and a printed QR code on the front desk. Most clinics forget the QR code. It is the one that catches the patient already standing in front of you.
Do I have to approve every booking?
That is your choice. Normally the request comes to you on WhatsApp and you accept or reject it. The patient only gets the confirmation after you accept. If you would rather slots confirm themselves, turn on auto-confirm in settings.
Can two patients book the same slot?
No. When someone takes a slot, it closes everywhere. That goes for an online booking, a walk-in your staff typed in, and a block in your Google Calendar. All three take it off the booking page.
Will this stop my phone ringing?
No. In fact more people will find you, because your booking link is on your Google page. Some of them will call. What it stops is the call that was only there to book a slot.
Do patients need to download an app?
No. Booking is a web page that opens in whatever browser they already have. The confirmation arrives on ordinary WhatsApp.
