How to
Patients book 24/7 on your FormAlert booking page. Add Razorpay for automatic payment verification, or a UPI ID that gets sent to the patient in their appointment confirmation text.
Go to Share in the sidebar.
Copy your booking URL — it looks like formalert.in/book/your-clinic.
Share it on WhatsApp, Google Business Profile, Instagram/Facebook bio, or print the QR code at reception.
Set the service to Online under Team → [Provider] → Services to require payment at booking. Choose one of these two ways to collect it:
Option A — Razorpay (automatic)
Sign up at razorpay.com and complete KYC verification.
In your Razorpay dashboard, go to Settings → API Keys and generate a key. Copy the Key ID and Key Secret.
In FormAlert, go to Payments, click Add Razorpay Credentials, and paste both.
Confirm with the OTP sent to your WhatsApp number. Credentials are saved encrypted.
Option B — UPI (manual)
Go to Payments in FormAlert and enter your UPI ID (e.g. yourclinic@upi). Save.
Your UPI ID is sent to the patient inside the appointment confirmation WhatsApp — they pay you directly in their own UPI app.
Check your UPI app to verify the payment has arrived, then open the appointment in FormAlert and click Mark Payment Received.
The appointment confirms and the patient gets a WhatsApp confirmation.
Patient opens your booking link, picks a provider (if you have more than one), a service, a date, and a time slot.
Patient enters their name and phone number.
If the service is Online, they pay now — Razorpay checkout or your UPI ID, depending on what you set up.
Patient receives a WhatsApp booking confirmation right after submitting.
