For private clinics in India
No WhatsApp goes unanswered: patients book inside the chat, day or night, and your team handles the rest from one inbox — on your clinic's own number, with no markup on messages.
14 days free. No card. Cancel any time.
In one paragraph
WhatsApp appointment booking means a patient books a slot with your clinic inside the WhatsApp chat they already use, without calling and without an app. With FormAlert, a patient who messages your clinic's number gets a booking form inside the chat: they pick the consultation type, the date and a free slot, answer your clinic's questions, pay by UPI if you ask for payment, and are confirmed. Once your own number is connected, an AI booking assistant also answers patients at any hour, books the slot from your real calendar, and hands anything it cannot handle to your staff, who reply from one shared inbox. The same calendar takes bookings from your booking link, your website, your Google profile and a QR code at the front desk, so a WhatsApp booking and a walk-in can never take the same slot. It is one plan, ₹1,999 a month or ₹17,999 a year, with no setup fee and no per-booking charge.
In the chat
A form opens inside the chat. The patient taps through it; nobody at your desk types anything.
The patient picks the doctor and the service — a first visit, a follow-up, a video consultation. Only the services you set up are offered.
They see your real free slots for that service, and pick one. A slot closes the moment it is taken, however it was booked.
Name, and up to five questions of your own — the reason for the visit, age, a referring doctor — asked inside the same form.
Ask for the fee or a deposit at booking and the patient pays by UPI, card or netbanking through your own Razorpay account. The booking confirms when the payment clears.
A confirmation arrives in the same chat, then reminders 24 hours and 2 hours before. After the visit, a Google review request.
After hours, and the team
Once your clinic's own WhatsApp number is connected, an AI booking assistant answers patients at any hour, including after the clinic has closed. It tells them which doctors and services you offer, finds a free slot in your real calendar, asks your booking questions and books it, and lets returning patients move or cancel a booking. It replies in the patient's language and follows the notes you give it. Anything else — a medical question, a complaint, a bill — goes to a person on your team, and staff can pause it on any chat. It runs on your own number and comes with the subscription — the free trial does not include it.
Reception and staff reply from the same WhatsApp inbox, and managers see every conversation. Beside each chat is that patient's upcoming and past appointments, so whoever opens it knows what is going on. Anyone can pause the assistant on a chat and take over.
Other ways in
Every channel books into the same calendar, so there is one schedule, not four.
Paste it into any WhatsApp chat, your status, or a broadcast. It opens your booking page in the browser.
Add the link as the booking button on your Google Business Profile, where most new patients find you.
Embed the calendar on your site with one line of code, and put the link in your Instagram bio.
Print it for reception and the prescription pad, so patients book the follow-up before they leave.
Price
Business
₹1,999/month, or ₹17,999/year — WhatsApp booking, the AI booking assistant, the shared inbox, reminders 24 hours and 2 hours before, and the Google review request, all from your clinic's own WhatsApp number. No setup fee. No per-booking, per-patient or per-doctor charges.
Your 14-day trial sends from FormAlert's shared WhatsApp number, so you can watch the confirmations and reminders land before you set anything up with Meta.
Honest limits
It does not answer or make phone calls, and it does not catch missed calls. The AI assistant books, moves and cancels appointments; anything else goes to your staff, and it never gives medical advice. The booking form inside the chat needs your own number connected, and the assistant comes with the subscription rather than the free trial. It does not answer Instagram messages.
Common questions
Yes. Once your own number is connected, the AI booking assistant answers at any hour, checks your real availability and books the slot through the same calendar your website uses, so it cannot double-book. A patient who wrote at 11pm is booked before the clinic opens. It comes with the subscription; the free trial does not include it.
The chat is handed to your team. The patient is told someone from the clinic will reply, the conversation waits in your shared WhatsApp inbox with the patient's appointments beside it, and the assistant stays out of that chat while your staff has it. It never gives medical advice.
Yes. Everyone works from one inbox, and managers can see every conversation. Your staff can also keep replying from the WhatsApp Business app on the clinic phone if you linked the number you already use.
Yes, if you allow it. Every confirmation carries a Manage appointment button that opens the patient's bookings inside WhatsApp. A cancellation frees the slot straight away; a new time reaches you as a request to approve, so your day is never rearranged behind your back. Returning patients can also ask the AI assistant to move or cancel a booking.
No. FormAlert works on WhatsApp, not voice calls. It does not call patients to confirm, and it does not return missed calls. What it does is give patients a way to book without calling at all.
No. Patients need ordinary WhatsApp. The booking form opens inside the chat, and the booking link opens in their browser.
Yes, if you connect your clinic's own WhatsApp number during the trial — the booking form inside the chat is published on that number. If you stay on FormAlert's shared number for the trial, you share your booking link on WhatsApp instead. The booking page, confirmations, reminders and review requests work either way. The AI booking assistant is the one thing the trial leaves out; it comes with the subscription.
There is a 14-day free trial with no card. After that it is ₹1,999 a month, or ₹17,999 a year. No setup fee. No per-booking, per-patient or per-doctor charges. Once your own number is live, Meta bills you directly for messages, about ₹0.10 for an appointment message.
Yes. We link the number you already run the WhatsApp Business app on, so you keep the number, your chats and your contacts. No patient has to be told a new number.

In short
FormAlert is a scheduling system for clinics in India that run on WhatsApp, built for doctors in independent private practice and small clinics. It runs the appointment side of a practice — online, QR code and WhatsApp booking, walk-ins and phone bookings in the same queue, automated WhatsApp reminders and Google review requests — so that patients get booked, reminded and asked for a review without anyone at the clinic typing a message, and the clinic's Google rating reflects the care it gives. FormAlert is an official Meta Tech Provider, which is what lets it create a WhatsApp Business API account in the clinic's own name rather than renting the clinic space on somebody else's. Patients book from a web page, by scanning a QR code at the clinic, or by messaging the clinic on WhatsApp, and the booking form can carry whatever questions the practice wants to ask, with photos and documents attached. The clinic confirms the appointment and marks the visit complete; FormAlert sends the confirmation, reminds the patient 24 hours and 2 hours before the visit, and asks for a Google review afterwards. Once the clinic's own WhatsApp number is connected, an AI booking assistant, included with the subscription, answers patients at any hour, books from the clinic's real calendar, and hands anything else to the clinic's staff. There is one plan, at ₹1,999/month or ₹17,999/year — the yearly price works out at ₹1,500 a month and saves ₹5,989 — and everything is on it: all of those messages, the clinic's own WhatsApp Business API number and templates, which Meta then bills the clinic for directly with no FormAlert markup, as many doctors as the clinic has with a calendar each, a login each for them and the front desk, a waiting-room queue display, a patient portal, and patients rescheduling or cancelling themselves inside WhatsApp. There is no setup fee, and nothing is priced per doctor, per seat or per booking. The WhatsApp number a clinic sends from changes once: during the 14-day free trial, which takes no card and includes 50 credits, messages go from FormAlert's shared WhatsApp number at ₹1 a message against that allowance, and the clinic can connect its own number, during the trial or after subscribing, through Meta's Embedded Signup inside FormAlert — a clinic already using the WhatsApp Business app can link the number it already runs, bringing its chats across — after which every message carries the clinic's own name. Meta verifies the business behind that number; a clinic whose Meta business is already verified connects the same day, and one that is not registered yet uses a free MSME Udyam certificate, issued from Aadhaar and PAN and usually the same day at udyamregistration.gov.in, or a GST certificate if it has one. FormAlert files that verification and the message templates with Meta on the clinic's behalf. Because that WhatsApp account is created inside the clinic's own Meta business portfolio, a clinic that stops paying FormAlert keeps the number and the account and can use them with any other software.
