Your booking link is ready from day one. Find it under Share in the sidebar — along with a printable QR code PNG and a website embed iframe.
Go to Share in the sidebar.
Copy your unique booking URL — it looks like formalert.in/book/your-clinic.
Download the QR code PNG for printing at reception, on prescription pads, or on a wall poster.
Copy the iframe embed code to add the booking form directly to your clinic website.
WhatsApp Business auto-reply. Every patient who messages you gets the link instantly — even when the clinic is closed.
Google Business Profile. Add as the Appointments URL. Patients book directly from Google Search and Maps.
Instagram & Facebook bio. A single link drives bookings from your social following.
QR code at reception. Print from the Share page. Place on the front desk, prescription pads, and waiting chairs.
Website header. Paste the iframe embed code into your site builder for an inline booking experience.
The Share page generates a one-tap WhatsApp button for your website. Tapping it opens WhatsApp with your booking link pre-filled — patients can forward it to book or share it with others.
Patients visit the link on any phone or computer. No app download required.
Patient opens your booking link in any smartphone browser.
Patient selects a provider (shown only if your clinic has more than one).
Patient selects a service from the provider's list.
Patient picks a date from the calendar.
Patient picks an available time slot.
Patient enters their name and phone number.
If the service is Prepaid, the patient completes payment — either Razorpay checkout or UPI transfer to your ID.
Patient receives a WhatsApp booking confirmation immediately after submitting.
