FormAlert keeps a record of every patient who has visited or booked at your clinic. Each patient's phone number is their unique identifier — if the same number books again, it links to the same patient record automatically.
Go to Patients in the sidebar.
Patients are sorted by most recent visit date — the most recently seen patient appears first.
Each row shows the patient's name, phone number, and last visit date.
Type a name or phone number into the search bar at the top of the Patients page.
Results appear as you type — no need to press Enter.
Click a row to open the patient's full profile.
The profile shows the patient's full name and phone number.
All past appointments are listed — each showing the date, service, provider, and status.
Click any past appointment to see its full details including any WhatsApp messages that were sent.
A new patient record is created the first time someone books an appointment — either online via your booking link or manually via the New Appointment form.
The phone number is the unique identifier. If the same number books again, it links to the existing patient record — no duplicate is created.
Go to Share in the sidebar and copy the Patient Portal Link.
Share the link with patients via WhatsApp, or print it on prescription pads and appointment cards.
Patients open the link, enter their phone number, and receive a one-time OTP via WhatsApp.
After entering the OTP, they can see all their upcoming and past appointments.
