Phase 01 · Onboarding
Sign up, enter your details.
From sign-up to your first automated appointment and review request. Follow the steps in order.
Sign in
Use Continue with Google or your email. No password is needed with Google sign-in.
Both plans include a 14-day trial — no credit card required.
Business details

Clinic name & address. Shown on your booking page and in every patient message.

Alert phone number. Where you receive booking notifications — can differ from your public number.

Google review link. Your Google Business review URL. Auto-sent after each completed appointment.
14-day free trial
Both plans include a 14-day trial with no credit card required. All WhatsApp messages use the shared FormAlert number during the trial. Your system is live and taking bookings from day one.
Choose your plan
After completing your business details, you will be prompted to choose a plan.
You can continue on the free trial and choose later — your booking page is active immediately either way.
Your booking page is live the moment you complete setup. Patients can book right away — you do not need to wait for anything else.
