Set a service duration and FormAlert automatically generates all bookable slots within your availability hours. Once you set it up, it works without any daily management.
You set a provider's availability hours — for example Monday to Friday, 09:00–18:00.
You set a duration for each service — for example 30 minutes.
FormAlert divides the hours into slots: 09:00, 09:30, 10:00 … 17:30. All are immediately available on the booking page.
When a patient books a slot, it is removed from the list — no double-bookings possible.
You never need to open or close individual slots manually.
Go to Team in the sidebar and open a provider.
On the service row, click Set Schedule.
Toggle days on or off, and adjust the start and end times.
Click Save. The booking page updates immediately.
Not every appointment comes from the online booking page. For walk-ins and phone calls:
Go to Appointments and click New Appointment.
Fill in the patient name, phone number, date, time, and service.
Click Save. The slot is blocked and the patient gets a WhatsApp confirmation.
When a provider connects their Google Calendar, FormAlert checks it before showing available slots. Blocks in Google Calendar (meetings, lunch breaks, personal time) automatically hide those slots from patients.
Google Calendar sync is also required for Online consultations — it auto-generates a Google Meet link for each booked appointment.
Go to Team and open the provider's profile.
Click Connect Google Calendar.
Sign in with the provider's Google account and allow access.
Blocked time in Google Calendar immediately appears as unavailable on the booking page.
