Two separate things get billed: your monthly subscription, and the credits that pay for WhatsApp messages. Running out of credits doesn't cancel your plan — it just stops messages going out.
New accounts get 14 days free, no card required. You start with:
1 credit = ₹1. Every WhatsApp template message you send costs one credit, whatever the type.
Plan credits are spent first. Only when they run out does FormAlert dip into your purchased balance — so a top-up you buy today is still there next month.
Click Add next to the credit balance on your Dashboard, or Top up credits in Settings.
Pick 500, 1,000 or 2,000 credits — or type a custom amount.
Pay. Credits land in your wallet immediately.
The credit figure on your Dashboard is colour-coded:
