How to
Reviews raise a listing Google already understands. They can't fix one with the wrong category, no photos, or a phone number that disagrees with your booking page. This audit scores your listing out of 100 and tells you exactly what to change — and you can download it as a PDF to work through.
Go to Settings → Google Audit.
It pulls your listing from Google live and scores it. No setup — it uses the Google Business Profile connected to your account.
Read the What to fix list. Each item says what's wrong, why it matters, and where in Google Business Profile to change it.
Click Download PDF to take the report away.
The audit is open to anyone at formalert.in/gbp-audit — no account, no sign-in. Click Audit another in the header, search for any business, and you get the same report.
A score of 85 or above reads as green, 60–84 amber, below 60 red.
Software can read the category Google has on file, but it can't know whether that's what you actually do. So the category check starts as Confirm.
Read the category Google lists you under.
If it's right, click That's correct — mark as confirmed and your score updates.
If it's broader than what you do, change it in Google Business Profile first, then re-run the audit.
Click Open Google Business at the bottom of the report.
Make your changes. Category, phone, website, hours and description are all under Edit profile; images are under Photos.
Come back and click Re-run.
Download PDF gives you a two-page report you can print, email, or hand to whoever manages your listing.
