Simple how-to guides for FormAlert
Plain steps for the things you'll actually do — no jargon. Read the whole thing before you sign up, if you like.
How to
A booking page nobody can find takes no bookings. Everything here is on one screen: Settings → Share.
All three are built from your booking slug. Set that first in Settings.
In rough order of how many bookings each one actually brings in:
Go to Settings → Share. You land on the Booking link tab.
Click the copy button next to the URL.
Use the one-tap WhatsApp, Email or SMS buttons to send it directly.
Useful when you want a link that opens straight onto Dr. Sharma's calendar rather than the full list.
On the Booking link tab, pick a provider from the dropdown.
Optionally pick a service too.
The pre-filled link updates automatically. Copy it.
Open the QR code tab.
Choose what it points at — Booking form for new patients, or Patient portal for existing ones checking their appointments.
Download the PNG and send it to your printer.
Open the Embed tab.
Pick a height — 600px suits most pages.
Check the live preview, then copy the code.
Paste it into any HTML block on your site.
The portal lets returning patients help themselves. They log in with their phone number and an OTP — no account, no password.
Open the Patient portal tab on the Share page.
Copy the portal URL, or generate a QR code for it on the QR tab.
Open your-slug.formalert.in on any tablet or TV in your waiting room. It shows the token now being served and updates itself as you work through the queue. There is a Queue Display shortcut on your Dashboard header.
On the WhatsApp tab you get an HTML button for your website. Visitors who click it open a WhatsApp chat with your clinic number directly. Requires your own WhatsApp Business number to be connected.
