FormAlert plan, free trial and credits
FormAlert has one plan with everything in it: ₹1,999 a month, or ₹17,999 a year. It starts with a 14-day free trial. No setup fee, and nothing charged per booking.

Everything is included: booking link and QR code, WhatsApp booking, confirmations, 24h and 2h reminders, review requests, walk-ins, the queue and waiting-room screen, the patient portal, payments, bills and prescriptions.
The free trial
- 14 days, no credit card.
- 50 free credits for WhatsApp messages from FormAlert's number.
- Everything works except the WhatsApp booking assistant, which is switched on when you subscribe.
- Press "Subscribe" in the sidebar any time. Your data carries over.
What a credit is
One credit is ₹1. Credits are used for two things:

| Your own WhatsApp number | Only the booking assistant. Meta bills you directly for messages at its own rate. |
Plan credits reset each billing cycle. To add more, open Plan & Credits and choose "Add credits": 500, 1,000, 2,000 or any amount. Credits you buy never expire.
Tip: Connect your own number early. Messages then go through Meta at its own rate, and your credits only cover the assistant.
If credits run out on the shared number, messages stop until you top up — your plan and your bookings carry on as normal. See connect your WhatsApp.
