How to start your FormAlert free trial
The free trial is the full FormAlert system for 14 days. No credit card. Your booking link is live the moment you finish setup.
Sign up and set up your clinic

Open the sign-up page
Go to formalert.in/sign-up. Choose "Continue with Google", or "Sign up with email instead" and enter your email and a password of at least 8 characters.

Verify your email
If you used email, open the message FormAlert sends you and tap the link.

Find your clinic on Google
Type your clinic's name and area into the search box, for example "Sunrise Dental Care, Indiranagar", and pick your clinic from the list. FormAlert copies your name, address and phone from your Google listing.

Check your details
Under "Your details", check the clinic name, the clinic phone (or a WhatsApp number if your Google number is a landline), and your name — the doctor patients will book with.

Press "Finish setup"
FormAlert creates your booking link and a starting service open 9 to 6, Monday to Saturday. You can change all of it later.
On the same screen you'll see a short check of your Google profile, and a "Check my review link" button. These are suggestions only — they don't stop you finishing.

What to do next
Right after setup, FormAlert takes you to send your first review request — it's the quickest way to see the system working. Then follow the Set up guides in order:

When the trial ends
Press "Subscribe" in the sidebar any time to choose monthly or yearly. Your settings, patients and appointments carry over — nothing to set up again. If you don't subscribe, nothing is charged. See plan, trial and credits.
